What is the Secret to Happiness?

Six researchers share their findings. See their simple tips that can improve your life:
Celebrate Life: We've all been told not to "sweat the small stuff," but what about celebrating it? Life is too short to focus on only big events.

Avoid Road Rage: Long commutes rank as one of the most unenjoyable activities. Many people take on that added stress and traffic jams for a larger salary.

See Good Friends: Surveys suggest that we're our happiest when sharing experiences with friends and family.

Spend Money on Memories: Create those memorable moments and preserve them with souvenirs and photographs.

Keep Your Options Limited: A study shows that unlimited or changeable choices influence the mind to debate the choices we've already made.
